When will I receive my order?

Allow 4 to 8 working days after your payment is confirmed. Delivery is free, and a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I order several items?

Yes. Add as many items to your cart as you like, for yourself or as gifts. Delivery stays free.

Can I send an item back if I don't like it?

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, from your order tracking page or by email. Return costs are yours to bear; we refund the full amount paid, including delivery, within 14 days.

What if an item arrives damaged or faulty?

You are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery: repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you. Contact us from your order tracking page or by email.

How can I pay?

By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a secure payment page operated by Stripe. Your card details are never shared with us.

How do I track my order?

The tracking link is in your confirmation email. You can also find your orders in the ‘My orders’ area, accessible with your email address.
